Reserve Meads are high quality honey wines that showcase the remarkable flavours found in honey.
The flavour of a mead is influenced by the honey it’s made from – the nectar foraged by bees at a given location create a character that is unique to a time and place.
Through gentle fermentation, the sugars in honey are removed to reveal a rich tapestry of new flavours.
